Chamomile is one of my favorite herbs. It's such a fun flower with it's dusty texture and sunny color. It's also a wonderful sleep aid and relaxant. People have been using chamomile, primarily in a culinary fashion, for millennia as it's calming effects are very gentle with few side effects, drowsiness being one. A healthy glass of Chamomile tea before bed is the perfect way to ensure a good nights sleep and with our herbs you'll be sleeping good for many nights.
Your purchase comes with one 6 ounce bag of loose, dried Chamomile flower. Some powder may/will be in the package as the dried material is quite fragile.
