Aries Season

Aries Season

It's officially springtime! I've already enjoyed seeing daffodils sprouting up in yards. I've noticed bees when I'm outside for my meditations. I have seen so many different types of birds recently; also an increase in hawk sightings. As mentioned before, the hawk is very important to my spiritual journey. I view the hawk as a signal to keep my perspective and energy high. When you're focused on the bigger picture, your intuition has room to grow. Intuition leads to inspired action. Inspired action leads you to your purpose. The hawk represents determination, leadership, focus, etc. These traits are also shared by Aries, our current zodiac season.

Sun in Aries.

From now through April 19th, the sun is in the sign of Aries. Aries is a cardinal fire sign; represented by a ram. This sign is ruled by the planet Mars. Those under Aries are creative and headstrong. Optimism and honesty are valued by an Aries sun. They love a challenge, adventure, or an opportunity to rebel. Aries people can be friendly or flirty depending on their relationship with you. They might lose their patience and respond with stubbornness. Regardless of how quick-tempered they seem, they move on just as quickly.

Notable Aries people: Lady Gaga, Elton John, Kristen Stewart, Robert Downey Jr., Reese Witherspoon, Paul Rudd, Saoirse Ronan

Other Aries Placements.

Do you have any Aries placements in your chart? Since I have a Cancer Rising, the moon is my chart ruler. I have an Aries Moon and Mars. These placements are in the tenth house of my chart. The tenth house of your chart deals with your career, social status, and authority. Those with Aries placements, especially tenth house Aries placements, will value working for themselves. It's no wonder that I do what I do.

An Aries Moon loves a certain amount of freedom in all situations. They can be impulsive and take action on matters of the heart. They value individuality in themselves and others. An Aries Moon can be quick to frustration when dealing with emotions. In my own journey, I've worked on my reaction to stress. I'm not an angry person, but I get overwhelmed. My first reaction is to cry. Two minutes later, I'm done. While processing emotions is necessary, I just don't feel the need to wallow.

An Aries rising will powerfully present themselves. They take action on the things they want. In a group setting, they assume the role of a leader naturally. They may be seen as opinionated and competitive. While they take action readily, they aren't as aggressive as they appear.
